Project Execution Plan
Purpose:
The purpose of this document is to demonstrate Ayade Expert’s intend of the construction method that will be adapted to execute the project and achieve its completion as per project Specs, Quality, Health, and Safety programs.
The document is an initial document for technical submission of the project proposal and shall be elaborated upon project award.
Project Understanding:
The section will give the brief discussion of the project challenges and the potential approach and solutions that will be implemented for the successful completion of project.
Execution of the project:
We have a lot of challenges in this type of projects, but the main challenge is the regulation of work that depending on extraction of loose sand that effects on equipment.
Then, Ayade Experts shall provide a special technique to be suitable for like this case.
Construction cycle
Here we are going to summarize the construction steps as a preliminary step for the early works:
- Firstly, we shall provide detailed HSE Plans, With Safety Barriers, Toolbox talk Equipment’s checklist reports, and plans in compliance with the Standards.
- After that, we shall take the obtention of the necessary permits and for the compliance with all the related requirements.
- we will start mobilization (Equipment, Manpower, etc.)
- After that, we will start surveying works for areas and fix the Required points.
- Start with Asphalt Cutting Prior to excavating soil and broken asphalt.
- Loading Excavated materials in the truck to send them to the nearest municipality-approved waste material dump area.
- Start of site clearance for Cable placing prior to warning tap (grading, leveling, compaction.)
- Warning tape will be placed above the cable for the protection of cable
- Backfilling of approved sand by layers according to quality standards.
- Preparation for asphalt & arranging required equipment.
- Poring approved asphalt according to the standards & leveling for compiling to the previous asphalt.
- Providing Connection, the Endpoints according to the approved method of statement and site condition by following the client’s requirements and standards.
- Taking approval from the concerned Engineers for the work executed in according to demobilize the site equipment and manpower.

Construction Equipment
The following are some of our machines will be use to execute the project:
- Asphalt cutting machine :- are used for cutting the existing asphalt to increase the productivity and with safe work.
- Loaders and Backhoe: – This machine is used as a multipurpose for loading materials into trucks, clearing rubble, and digging. A loader is not the most efficient machine for digging as it cannot dig very deep below the level of its wheel.
- Trucks: – to transfer waste material and soil.
Project Completion
Project completion will be reached when the project works are completed in accordance with the scope and performance criteria and are functionally ready. Achievement of project completion will be determined and agreed upon by the PMC, the Ayade Experts Facilities manager, and the Client. Relevant details of project completion will be recorded on a certificate of project completion.
Handover
Following practical completion, the work will be handed over to the client. A handover certificate will be prepared and signed by the project manager for acceptance and sign-off by the client. Any outstanding items of work and an agreed timeframe for their completion will form part of the handover certificate. When all outstanding work is complete the handover certificate will be updated accordingly. Staged handover of completed portions of the work will be determined and agreed upon by the project manager and the Ayade Experts manager.
Close-out
Project closeout occurs when all work has been completed and handed over to the owner. A project review will be carried out by the project director and senior members of the project team, following the handover. The review will identify positive project outcomes and areas for improvement. Key learning from the review will be captured for incorporation into future work. Feedback on project outcomes and performance will be communicated to individual project team members as appropriate. A project close report will be prepared by the project manager. The report will include all relevant project outcomes and the results of the project review. All relevant project documentation and records will be archived and/or handed over to the owner.
